Why entire boys cost a little more
Entire males
As the only specialised dachshund hotel around that happily welcomes entire boys, we do apply a small additional fee of £5 per night.
Entire males naturally require a bit of extra management due to hormones, such as a higher tendency to urine-mark indoors and a need for closer supervision around other guests. This extra charge simply covers the specialised care and tailored attention required to keep your chap safe, comfortable and stress-free during his stay with us.

All prices are shown excluding VAT, with the VAT-inclusive figure alongside; VAT is charged at 20%. Rates shown are our 2026 rates. Every booking is confirmed with you before your sausage’s stay, so you will always know the total before you commit.
